Tropical Smoothie

2 cups pineapple chunks -fresh or frozen
1 organic banana - fresh or frozen
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (you may need a bit more if you want a thinner consistency)
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
2 cups organic kale leaves - middle stem removed


Put all ingredients in the blender with the frozen bananas at the top, pour the liquid in and blend on high for about 30 seconds and serve.
