Shamrock Smoothie {milkshake like}

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ ripe avocado OR 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk {no preservatives}
1 organic ripe banana, frozen
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract or 2-3 drops doTerra essential oil
4 cups spinach leaves
2 Tablespoons raw cacao nibs
*Add ice for thicker consistency

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add some ice if you want it a little thicker and more like soft-serve ice cream. 

Divide evenly between 2 glasses. Garnish with fresh mint and chocolate shavings or more cacao nibs.
