Raw Caramel Sauce

20 organic medjool dates
4 tablespoon  raw organic almond butter
6 tablespoon pure maple syrup (cheap maple syrup will not taste good)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
dash sea salt


Remove the pits from the dates. Soak dates before hand if they are hard. Add soft dates, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla and unrefined sea salt to a blender. Process until you get at smooth, creamy caramel sauce.

This is a little tricky to remove from the blender, so be patient.

I highly recommend cutting up some organic granny smith apples, adding a dash of sea salt ... and dip in the caramel.
