Raw Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

1 organic green apple {you could use red too}, cored, diced
1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
1-2 tablespoons hemp hearts
Dash of cinnamon, ground
1-2 tablespoons organic raisins
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2- 1 cup organic nut/seed milk of your choice {on a cool day, warm the milk over a low flame for a few minutes.

Directions

Place all ingredients into a cereal bowl. Top with your favorite nut milk.

Notes

This tart green apple porridge is packed with pectin, fiber and omega 3's. The malic acid and vitamin C in the green apples help to cleanse the gallbladder.
