Ingredients

1 organic banana - frozen banana makes it creamy!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk or hemp milk
1 cup roasted pumpkin - (you can use canned)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground allspice
*optional: 1/8 cup fresh pumpkin seeds (no shell)

Directions

For best results, blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. So creamy, so yummy.... like dessert!
