Ingredients

2 cups coconut or almond milk
1 cup organic pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 huge handful organic baby spinach
{optional: sweeten with 1 medjool date, raw honey, maple syrup or stevia} -

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a blender. Add ice if desired. Whiz concoction until smooth!
