Power Porridge


Ingredients

1/4 cup organic creamy buckwheat (My favorite is Bob's Red Mill)
1/2 cup filtered water
1 tbsp raw hemp hearts
1 tsp bee pollen
1 tsp organic ground cinnamon
1 tbsp organic raisins*
1/4 - 1/2 cup organic almond or rice milk

*also, try cut up organic dates or figs... or whatever else sounds delightful

Directions

Cook buckwheat with water on stove top, or microwave if in a pinch.
Add hemp hearts, bee pollen, cinnamon, raisins.
