Ingredients

1 3/4 cups almond or rice milk
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons unrefined sea salt
1/4 cup flax seed meal
3/4 cups uncooked organic old-fashioned oats {certified gluten-free}
2 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions

These pancakes mix up in an instant using a Vita Mix blender...use whatever blender you have.

Place all the ingredients into blender in order... liquid first! Mix for 20-30 seconds. Let batter rest for at least 5 minutes. Fire up the griddle, and wait for the “more please”!

Notes

I mix the ingredients in the evening and put in the refrigerator. In the morning I pour the almond milk in first, followed by prepared ingredients. Can you say HOT BREAKFAST in a snap. The family will love you!
