1 can organic garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
1/3 cup tahiniĀ 
1/2 garlic clove, minced
1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 T extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon se salt

*add a few drops of water if the hummus is thick.


Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor and blend until desired consistency.


Go on, give it a whirl! You will never buy hummus again. I make at least one batch of this a week. It is a great anytime snack. I also pack it for my kiddo's lunch with fresh pita and veggies. She always requests a spoon!
