Homerun Granola | Oven Recipe

4 cups organic old-fashioned oats (not instant)
1 ½ cups sliced almonds
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

Combine the granola ingredients and mix well.

¼ cup raw coconut oil
½ - ¾ cup raw honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla

Mix together.


Pour the liquid mixture over oat mixture.  Spread in 10x15 pan. Bake at 300°F for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

Optional: Add ½ cup or raisins, dried cranberries or dried blueberries when cool.
