Ginger Oatmeal

2 cups water
1 cup rolled oats {gluten-free}
1/4 cup raisins or goji berries
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup sunflower seeds or hemp seeds
{Optional - 1 teaspoon raw honey}


Bring water to boil. Add oats, raisins or goji berries, ginger and a pinch of salt.
Reduce heat to low. Cook until water is absorbed and oats become creamy (about 7 minutes). Remove from heat and add sunflower/hemp seeds and honey

* To make oatmeal creamier try using rice, soy or nut milk instead of water. - See more at:
