Garlicky Green Beans

1 lb. organic green beans, washed & ends snipped
1 cup water
3 organic garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon organic extra-virgin olive oil
splash of tamari


In a large skillet or wok, on high heat, add beans and water. Cook on high heat until water boils. Cook beans just until they turn bright green, about 2-3 minutes. Drain water.

Turn heat to medium-high. Add olive oil and garlic. Sauté while tossing beans for about 2 minutes.

Transfer to serving dish, and splash with tamari.
