2 snipped mounds of wheatgrass
1 organic green apple
5 organic Romaine lettuce leaves
4 organic celery stalks
10 sprigs of parsley - (got to get all the blood detoxification possible)
1 organic lemon


Process all ingredients through a slow juicer.
