Ditch The Bloat Summer Smoothie

2 cups nut/seed milk (almond, rice, coconut, hemp)
1 handful organic parsley
1 handful fresh mint
1 cup organic berries (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons favorite raw protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds


Combine all ingredients into a blender. Add a handful of ice to be sure it is nice and cold!
