Cracked Pepper & Rosemary Crackers | Dehydrated recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
/4 golden flax seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons psyllium powder
2 tablespoons raw coconut oil, raw
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped finely
Fresh ground pepper {to your liking}
1 cup water

Directions

Combine all the seeds together and mix together. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. The mixture will be quite thick. Allow mixture to sit on counter for 30-60 minutes. 

Drop mixture on a paraflex dehydrator sheet and press down with your hands. Do your best to mold it slightly into a square. Lay a piece of parchment paper on top and roll over the top with a rolling pin to even out. You do not want the crackers too thin or too thick. I covered the entire tray of the dehydrator.

Dehydrate crackers on 155 degrees for 5-6 hours. Be sure that crackers are crispy, not soft!
