Coconut Ice Cream | Vegan

*Recipe requires an ice cream machine. *


1 can full-fat coconut milk or coconut cream (no preservatives)
3 organic bananas or 1/4 cup of raw honey
1/3 cup raw cacao power
optional: 1 tsp pure vanilla extract - no alcohol (I add the vanilla)

Optional add-in's:
unsweetened coconut flakes
raw cacao nibs
chopped almonds
chopped pistachios


Combine the coconut milk, bananas, cacao powder and vanilla in a blender; blend until smooth. Next add any optional add-ins.

Pour into counter-top ice cream maker, and turn on. Run for about 20 minutes, until ice cream it thick and creamy. Any leftovers, can be stored in a air-tight glass container. Place in the freezer.
