Ingredients

2 cups organic brown rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 can coconut milk {no preservatives}
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Wash and drain rice.
Bring water, coconut milk, and salt to a boil.
Add rice.
Reduce heat to low and cover.
Simmer 45 minutes until rice is cooked.

Notes

Eat leftover rice for creamy and delicious breakfast porridge.
