Chocolate Chia Pudding

1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
2 tablespoons cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup chia seeds
2-3 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup {grade b}
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch himalayan sea salt


Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into two small bowls with lids. Place in fridge overnight. 

Once the pudding has set  top with fresh blueberries, goji berries, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, and chopped almonds.
