Cacao Almond Protein Bites

10 minutes


1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup medjool dates
1/2 cup organic raisins ( I like to use golden raisins)
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds


Combine all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until mixture comes together, but refrain from over doing it. Next, roll into 1 tablespoon sized balls, aka, nuggets of pure joy.


If you are new to raw energy balls, give these a go. You can thank me later! If they don't all disappear immediately, they freeze very nice so you can take them out to enjoy as you are feeling it.
