Asian Spiced Vinaigrette over Salad Greens + Veggies

1/2 head organic romaine lettuce, washed, spun & chopped
1/4 head organic red cabbage, finely sliced1
/2 organic red or yellow pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 organic carrot, peeled & juilliened
1 cup organic snap peas, ends cut off & cut into bite-sized pieces
1 avocado, sliced thinly
1 tbsp sesame seeds


4 tbsp fresh orange juice (freshly squeezed, or boxed is okay too)
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp gluten-free tamari
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 small garlic clove, minced

Combine all ingredients and whisk together. Adjust spices to your personal taste!


In a large salad bowl, combine all ingredients except for avocado. Pour dressing over greens and veggies; gently toss. Divide equally on salad plates. Top with fresh avocado.
