5 Seed Rawkin Crackers | Dehydrator Recipes

Ingredients

Combine all five seeds into a glass bowl, and cover with water. Allow to soak for 1-2 hours. Seed will be 'gel-like' due to the flax seeds. Add gluten free tamari and combine well. 

Divide in half and spread evenly on paraflex papers. Take your time to spread smooth and even. Do not spread too thin. Dehydrate for about 4 hours total, or until crackers are crisp. When three hours are up, remove from paraflex paper to finish drying.

1 cup organic golden flax seeds
1/2 cup organic raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup organic raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raw hemp seeds
1/4 cup organic chia seeds
2 tablespoons tamari

Notes
